For Women Education includes topics such as menstrual cycle function, hormonal changes, impact of stress, menopause, sexual function, sexual pain, libido, problems with arousal or orgasm and intimate health care. The aim is for the woman to understand her body, normal variations in sexual response and ways to improve her sexual well-being.
For couples education to support understanding of differences in sexual needs and preferencesthe importance of communication, the impact of life circumstances (pregnancy, parenthood, hormonal fluctuations, stress) on partner intimacy and ways to maintain connection and satisfaction in the relationship.
Particular emphasis is placed on practical guidelines for improving sexual well-being, communication in partnerships, techniques for building closeness and understanding normal variations in sexual behaviour. Education helps to create a more relaxed, safe and confident sex life.
