Counselling for women and couples is designed to understand and address issues affecting sexual health, intimacy and partner satisfaction. Sexual medicine combines medical, psychological and relational perspectives, so counselling helps to holistically address problems arising from physical changes, hormonal fluctuations, emotional stresses or relationship dynamics.

For women, counselling focuses on challenges such as reduced sexual desire, sexual pain, problems with arousal or orgasm, the impact of stress and hormonal changes (menstruation, pregnancy, menopause), and the effects of chronic illness.

Couples counselling helps to improve communication, understand differences in sexual needs, overcome frustration or alienation and rebuild closeness. Particular emphasis is placed on how medical or psychological factors affect partner sexuality and how these can be successfully addressed together.

The aim of counselling is to create a safe environment for open conversation, to support a healthy, respectful and satisfying sex life, and to strengthen partner cohesion.
